Event strategy and delivery: Cage Time Series

In this project, a large-scale combat sports event was not only covered on camera but also strategically prepared and delivered on the ground. The focus was on ticket sales, partnerships and visibility, long before the day of the event itself.

The filming was visible, but it was not what made the difference. What made the difference was the preparation. The event took place in a municipal hall built for several hundred people, while ticket sales were organised entirely offline. No online platform, no automated sales. A full house had to be achieved through presence, relationships and relentless execution.

The work began weeks before the event. Posters were distributed and put up across the whole town. Partnerships with bars, restaurants, petrol stations and martial arts gyms were actively built and negotiated. Tickets were not just advertised but explained, passed on and sold in person. At the same time, targeted collaborations created reach, trust and credibility. Every VIP table sold out, and almost all available tickets found a buyer through these channels.

On the day itself, all this groundwork came together. The hall was almost completely full and the atmosphere was electric. High-quality videos were produced on site for fighters and organisers, but the real success had already been secured. The performance in the ring reflected the quality of the preparation. From SN Advisory's perspective, this project is a prime example of the fact that business consulting does not end with concepts. That is where it really begins. Strategy, sales and hands-on execution have to be planned together and carried through personally for a project of this scale to work.
